Hi,
could you share with us a screnshot, please?
Best regards.
Following images show the UI dashboard with 3 charts, followed by the simulation page with error about Adobe Flash Player not available -
Just click on install the plug-in and it will work. If you can't install for security reasons, you can change the default simulation browser for another one. Just open prototyper and go to "file-->preferences" and there you will be able to change the browser.
Best regards.
Hi,
Changed the settings to point to IE.
Simulation page comes up with message -
'Internet Explorer restricted this webpage from running scripts or activex controls'.
On clicking 'Allow blocked content', similar result as earlier.
There is no error message, but charts are shown blank.
Hi,
Is your adobe flash player updated? Can you install Chrome or Firefox in your computer?
Best regards.
Hi,
Installed Adobe version is -
Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX - 10.1.102.64
Is this an issue ?
Can try to get Chrome or Firefox installed, any particular version required ?
Hi,
you can install any recent version of Chrome or Firefox.
About IE, could you tell me the version of IE, please? I will try to reproduce your case. Also, try to update the Adobe Flash Player version
Best regards.
Hi,
IE version 9 is installed on this machine.
Will try with Chrome/Firefox.
Thanks.
Hi,
Thanks for your help!
Installed Chrome, along with Extensions for Justinmind.
Can see the charts in simulation mode now.
Where can I find more details on how to use charts, especially handling custom data and event handling ?
Tried the Prototyper user guide, but it doesn't refer to working with charts.
Hi,
take a look to this topics of how to include charts:
