UserNote activation does not seem to be working?

Hi, I am evaluating JustInMind. And, I am trying to activate some users in UserNote so they can comment on a prototype.


I have tried sending the 'new user' email to myself via an email alias and the email does not arrive in my inbox or in my spam folder. Does an evaluation version not include User Note access? In gmail, does JustinMind get blocked and not even make it into the spam folder?

Hi Mike,


I've sent an invitation to a prototype to my personal GMail and it arrived to my inbox with no problem.


By "evaluation version" do you mean the Free version?
