How do i give access to one of my Usernote accounts. I appears to me they'll need a username and password.
Just press the button 'invite reviewers' located inside the project where you published your prototype. Your invitees will receive an email with a link that already has the registration embedded. So that only the mail receivers can access to the prototype.
Hi, it would be helpful to review the email invitation content before sending it out.
Also, I did not know how to invite a reviewer until I came across this post.
It would be more intuitive if there were an invite button at the user level. I do like the global invite functionality once I found it.
I'm trying to find that button - not seeing it. I'm evaluating the trial, is it active?
It's located here:
The issue I'm having is I work for an agency, they don't supply client emails at the pitching stage. My question is how do I make the link available to them (client) with giving away my login details?
In that case you can 'create a test' for your prototype and, that way, you have a link that can be send to anyone.
But if you want to have the review options as well then the best option is to invite yourself as a reviewer. Then, in the invitation email you'll find a link to the prototype that automatically logs in with your user credentials. You can pass that link to the rest of users.
Not sure if this is a a bug on your invitation process or user error. I have been inviting groups of people adding each valid email address separated by comma on the invite reviewers section and only some people are receiving the invitation email from your site. Any ideas?
Thanks for your help
Have they checked their spam folders? Sometimes companies firewalls and spam filters block the emails coming from Usernote.
