User Invitation Email Not Received

I'm trying to add users to Usernote. After saving the information for that user, they do not receive an invitation email. I go back to the list of users, which still shows the user is not yet active, so I click the envelope icon to try sending another invitation email. They still don't receive an email. Suggestions?

Their spam filter must be blocking the email messages. Could you try with a different email address?

I tried using a different email address and had no luck with that one as well.

Could you try with a generic email address (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.)?

I tried it with a gmail account and that worked. Must be spam filters at work. Thanks
