If any of the Justinmind employees on here also provide support via ZenDesk (or can contact those who do), please ask someone to review request #10326 as soon as possible.


I upgraded our account to an annual license last week, my credit card has been charged, but our account has been locked. Please unlock ASAP.

Hi Dann,


We have sent you an email letting you know we solved the issue.


We have recently changed our paying processor and there were a few transactions with errors. The problem has been solved and you shouldn't experience any other issue from now on.

I've been using a paid account since 05/2014 and now it's been spontaneously locked and converted to an expired Trial account. As the paid account is now considered expired, I cannot even log in to attempt to address this in the settings. I see that this has happened to other users. Why would you permit this issue to persist, Justinmind?
