Unexpected error in v5.6 on 'New Prototype' and blank page on "Simulate"

Solved

I'm getting a "Unexpected Error occurs. We'll fix it in the next update." message when I try to create a New Prototype, on my MacBook Pro. I have the latest version 5.6 of Prototyper Pro. Also, since this last update, when I "Simulate" my prototype, it shows a blank page on the browser. Please help. 6111b3bdb577d3068dee87d555db6471

Seems your update has not finished as it should.

Have you administrator privileges in your laptop?

Can you send us a screenshot of directory "/Applications/Prototyper Pro/Contents/Resources/Java/" in list view with the size of archives visible?

Seems that some files have not been properly installed after the update and that is the cause of your problems.

Prototyper needs a minimum of 200Mb of free space in your disk to be updated. Can you check that you have more than 200Mb of free space in your disk drive where you have installed Prototyper?

Is there a way that I can reinstall the update?

It's possible that some files were in use, by some service, during the update process. Have you tried to restart you macbook and try again?

You cannot reinstall the update, but you can install the latest version of Prototyper.

Remove "Prototyper Pro.app" from /Applications and install the new one. If you are using teamwork, make sure you commit all your changes before reinstalling.

Download it from here and follow the steps: http://justinmind.com/prototyper/download
