unable to view justinmind with internet explorer

When we try to access a link within justinmind from ANY version of IE it renders correctly for a second or 2 and then results in "Page Not Found. This may be due to an error during the HTML export. Please verify if the "html" file exists."

The link work in Firefox, Opera and Chrome. However those are not our standard browsers. Could you advise if this is a known issue with IE please? We can do a remote desktop if that would help.

Regards

Richard

Current version (5.1) supports IE from version 8. Could you post a screenshot of the 'about' dialog of your IE browser please?

When we first hit that page we do see the full page rendered properly for about 2 seconds, then it reverts to the first screenshot above. We have tried within the network and from outside to prove it is not our internal system blocking the content.

Can you check if you can open the prototypes we have in this page?

If you do, could you please send your prototype to jim.support at justinmind.com please so we can take a look at it?

I am guessing you mean here: http://www.justinmind.com/prototyper/...

If so yes we can open those without any issue.

Good. It's being reviewed by one of our client support engineers.

Hi Victor,

what did your engineers say?

I just got feedback from a customer that they cannot open the exported prototype with IE9. If ActiveX is not turned on, I do not think that the Prototype opens correctly.

This is what the customer is seeing:

This is what the customer should be seeing:

Any workaround this? The customer cannot change any security settings or install another browser.

Cheers,

André

Hi Andre,

it's a IE9 issue, that blocks the local content. Here you will find more information about it: http://www.helpndoc.com/articles/2011...

Your client have two options. The first one is to see the project from Usernote. He can create a free account and upload the vp file if it's not bigger than 10 Mb.

The other option is to change the security levels.

Best regards.
