Unable to lock license: database error
I am using Mac OS X. I had a month-by-month license. I cancelled it and purchased an annual license. I removed the app and its installation folder, and reinstalled the prototyper. Upon start up the prototyper, I tried to register the new license but it says "Unable to lock license: Error de base de datos". I tried to register the old license, the same error message came up. When I close the popup, prototyper exits. I can not use the software.
