Unable to export to html...

i choose to export to html from share menu, and it gives following error "an unexpected error has occured >>we apologize for the inconvenience, we will try to fix this error on the next update", how can i export my prototype to html??

Are you using Mac OS X Leopard maybe? If that's the case we are in our way to fix that error. Meanwhile you can publish your prototype to Usernote and, once published, select 'Download -> HTML' in Usernote.

No i am using windows 7 version, since i am not paid user trying it as trial, i do now want publish it via usernote yet

I presume you are using the last version (4.5) so... can you please send the next file to jim.support at justinmind.com so we can try to figure out what could be going on?

There is no such file logs.log but there is one file called log4j.properties so i have sende it to you as an attachment. Also i have sent you the screenshot how the inside folder looks like so that you can see files in justinmind folder. If that happens because of that i am using latest version, if you can provide me older version link, i would setup it so problem would be solved.

After, trying to export in english lang running system, i succesfully exported as html

So it's related with the language of your computer I think. Can you tell us which language was the one you were using first?

I was running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit in turkish language, and it failed to export. And then i tried in windows xp in english language and it succuessfully exported.

Ok, the people at the development team told me it has been fixed for the next update. Thanks for your help.
