One of my coworkers is getting this same error. She was a user but all her projects were published under my account. However, I have other cowokers that have their own and separate accounts. For the life of me I cannot figure out how these two scenarios have occurred. I am super confused and trying to figure out how we each have our own accounts but link these accounts together. Victor do you have any thoughts? The usernote accounts, making a publisher, owern vs. account are all unclear at this point. thanks.

Hi Kacie,

For every license purchase a Usernote account is created with the storage space for as many users as the license was bought for (300MB per user).

Then the owner of that account (the email used to purchase it) has to invite the rest of the users that are supposed to use that key in their computers.

To invite those users go to the "Users" tab in your Usernote account and invite the people you want to be able to publish there and see the prototypes. (Don't forget to check the "Make this user publisher" or they won't be able to publish any prototypes).

If the accounts were created some time ago, then they might be FREE accounts (you will know because they have only 10MB of storage available). If they are quite recent, they might be TRIAL accounts (you can know by going to 'Your account settings') and they will expire 30 days after they were activated.

These might be the reason there are several accounts existing.

If you still have issues please send the emails that are having issues at jim.support at justinmind.com so we can take a look at the accounts and assist you better. Please reffer to this post if you do so.

Best,

Marc

Hi Marc. That didn't help at all. What email can I email you at? If possible, a quick skype or conf call may be the quickest way to troubleshoot.

I have the same problem with Prototyper. I can't login to my account at all, be it from the Prototyper, or the website (the former says "incorrect email or password, when I know for a fact that both are good, while the latter says "The sign in was correct but this user has no permissions", too). I installed Prototyper some time ago for a 15-day trial, stopped using it after that, and recently my co-worker purchased a monthly subscription for me - not for my account, though, only using a code. I can now use all features of the program, but I can't manage my account at all - is there anything I can do?

Hi,

You will have to log in using the email used to purchase the account and use that account or invite your email as a publisher. You will be able to do so in the Users tab.

Marc
