Trial account: Prototype limit reached

Hey guys, my (trial) account says I got the maximum limit of prototypes reached but don't have any ones online. The error occured after deleting my last one and then trying to share a new one via the client tool.

I need the account name that shows when you enter in your account

Sorry, but I can't find anything like an account name, there's my username and the mail address I log in with. We're talking about Usernote, right?

I've found your account. We upgraded it to 2 prototypes. Remember that prototypes shared using the teamwork features are also counted there.
