Trial Expired upon fresh installation

hey, ive recently sign up for justinmind trial, and for some reason after finishing installing the program it just gives me a message that my trial has expired. so i was wondering how i can fix this?


furthermore, when i check account settings, my trial ends 13th of June 2016.


so yeah....please help!
