Transition effects and "on page load" issue

I have a data master that is a list of events including a date field (category type). I then created a list box that uses the date fields so a user can select a date to filter the list of events. Using an "on change" event, when a user selects a date, I want another panel to slide from left to show the data master grid filtered by the selected date.

When I use a transition effect of "none", my prototype works beautifully. When I change the transition to anything else (like slide from left or right), the filter doesn't work. What is going on? I also use an "on page load" to set my data grid to the filtered list. Does "on page load" not work when you use a transition effect?

I have the exact same problem.

I have a dynamic panel for a time based carousel. It works fine with no transition effects, but gets messed up when I use transitions.

Any idea why it's doing this?

The browsers versions are fine. Maybe it's related with the graphical accelerator hardware. Could you describe me what kind of Mac do you have (OS X version and hardware specs) please?

We are having a hard time trying to reproduce the error. Could any of you send us an example prototype to jim.support at justinmind.com pretty please? Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the dumb question - do I share the prototype with jim.support or do I email it to jim.support@justinmind.com?

It's better if you email the .vp file because that way we can check the entire process.

Thanks for the prototype. We've been able to reproduce the error and we're fixing it for the next release (to be launched in a few weeks). Thanks for your help!

Good to know it. I'm having similar problem but It occurs only for show panel with slide left effect. If I use a focus on + show panel then the shown panel appears inclomplete with part of it still hide from the left side.

Victor - thanks for the help! It was driving me nuts trying to figure out what was going on. Since you already have my prototype, can I ask for help with something else? I'll start another topic but reference the prototype I already sent you.

Thanks!
