Can't log in: Too many activations

Hello, my account says I have "Too many activations" but we currently don't have any JIM activations in use. Can we please get this sorted out as we are paying for the software and can not use it.

I've just been added to a company account, but I also get this error. I would have logged it under the support portal but I can't login there either.

Dear Darren.


I have reset your account so now you should be able to log in without any issues. Regarding the Support Portal, take into account that only the account owner of the license will be able to access.

You will need to forward your questions to him or send them to the community forum at https://www.justinmind.com/community/
