This messages "Too many registrations" apear when i try to activate my licence

Too many registrations


Unable to lock license: No more copies allowed. Please deactivate at least one copy and try again.


I wonder how to release one of the licenses if they do not know which computer has been installed.


Can anyone help me?

They do not know how to fix this. Everybody do your self a favor and help put them out of business. This problem has been going on for over a years. They do not care.

Hi Donald,


This was a different issue in a previous release, usually related to the license not being unregistered before uninstalling the software.
