There is no way to cancel my subscription on your site

I have tried multiple browsers and there is no "account settings" in the top-right corner (or anywhere on the page) after I log in to user note. Therefore, I have no way to cancel my subscription. Very frustrating!


Is this a glitch in the site or are you actually making it impossible to cancel?

Are you using the same address and password you used when you purchased the subscription?

Yes, using the same email and password.

can you check if you have a drop down select in the top right of your account? If so, you have access to more than one account, use it to change to your account. you can alao try to log out and log in again. If nothing of that works, you still can cancel using the instructions on the monthly mail receipts or sending an email to jim.sales at justinmind.com

There is no dropdown. Have tried logout and login multiple times - on Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Opera. I'll just cancel via email to jim.sales.
