I have a drop down list that I want to use to control the visibility of another control. I am trying to define a condition that checks the selected item in the list, against a regex and if a match occurs, show the other control. I keep getting the error in the title above.

solved this by using a "HAS" function. Surprised though that the output of the "Selected" option on a Drop Down List item in the function builder is not being evaluated as text?

It should. Could you paste an image of that expression please?

Please see attached. I'm going through a similar problem. I had inserted both equal and has condition but I don't see the effect of inserted condition.
