Please follow these steps:

Open the terminal and type: "defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles YES" in order to view the invisible files and locate the "/etc/JustinmindPrototyper/.license" folder. Delete the that folder. Remove Prototyper and install it again.

Where can I find the .license file?

it's a folder. It's located in /etc/JustinmindPrototyper

I was unable to locate the "/etc/JustinmindPrototyper/.license" folder. I searched both the new folder created by the installer in the user folder as well as exploring the content in the Application folder. Please help. Thanks!

Hi Florence,

Please can you tell me which version of Justinmind Prototyper do you have?

I downloaded version 5.

Please could you explore the PrototyperPro content in the Application folder(right click on PrototyperPro and select the 'show contents' option), then navigate to /Contents/Resources/Java/license and delete the JustinmindPrototyper.lic? Once you do this remove Prototyper and install it again.

That didn't work. But I think I fixed it by deleting the user folder and rebuilding it at launch! Thx!
