Report Generation error and lack of customization

I get the error that others have seemed to report already regarding a lack of memory and to select fewer screens after Prototyper 5.0 attempts to generate a report.

Another issue i have with reports is the lack of sorting when it comes to generating reports in the first place.

I created the screens in a specific order and yet if I generate a report (with less than 20 screens selected) it goes through but it orders the report alphabetically, not in the order they are listed. Is there a way to generate the screens so their order can be controlled if not then at least have it come out based on the screen tree we set up?

For now, my option is the extract everything(100+) as images and then drop them manually into a word doc.

If you are using Prototyper Pro edition use the option Reports -> Customized. Meanwhile we will change the option Reports -> Screens and Free's PDF generation to generate the screens in the order the user defined in screen's tree.

I have already extracted the screen to images for this project. I could not generate any report using customized or screens option that included all my screens. I continued to get a memory error in all attempts that included all screens.

I like the ability to customize reports with my template but that point is moot if I cannot generate a report with all my screens. (I have noted that a future update will solve the screen order problem) I look forward to future updates but as a paid user now, I will not recommend further licence purchases for my company until the issue has been resolved.

You can try another thing. Select Reports -> Customized, then in 'Prototype contents' click on the drop down called 'default templates' and select 'Screen list'. Then generate your report.

Looks like your trick worked. Thanks for the response. It will certainly help.
