Prototyper 4.6 won't recognize registration

I have one user on a PC that opens Prototyper 4.6 from her profile and it asks for the license key. I input it, re-directs to the browser and downloads the license file. Open the license file and it says successfully registered.


However, when you re-open the program it asks for the license again.


This issue doesn't occur for any other users on the same PC, and I'm able to use that same license on my PC just fine.


Not sure if this a registry issue? Tried looking through posts here but didn't see anything.
