Prototype ownership/access

I had a developer build me a prototype in Justinmind that has since walked off the project. How can I transfer ownership the prototype I paid him to develop. it's not a particularly negative situation I just need to make sure I retain access to the prototype

He has to send you the .vp file of that prototype. That file contains all the information in the prototype and can be opened with both the pro and free versions of Prototyper http://www.justinmind.com/download
