Solved

I have a mac pro(regular hard drive) and macbook pro(soild state drive) and your program does not start on my mac pro. It did start once after about five min of bouncing on the dock, then when i tried to reopen it, nothing happen. I tried repairing my permissions and checking my hard drive for errors, it still does not open.

On my macbook pro the programs starts in 1 sec. I like using my mac pro because i have a large display connected to it.

It just started to have this problem today. It has worked fine in the past on my mac pro

What can i do to fix it?

So, if I understand it correctly, you used Justinmind 4.6 in your Mac Pro several times in the past but now it doesn't work. Am I right? Do you remember if you have imported widgets to Justinmind just before the crash? Can you please send to jim.support at justinmind.com the logs file please?

The same problem happened again, and this time I turned off the Sophos anti- virus and it started working just fine.

The virus Barrier x6 anti-virus does not seem to be problem, and the program runs fine on my macbook pro, but on my mac pro with the Sophos anti-virus it has trouble.

By the way, Anti-virus in Mac? I thought there were no need for that. So the Sophos one blocks Justinmind. I'm afraid we can do little about it, maybe if you contact with Sophos you can ask them what could be the reason to block it.

Sophos has problems with scanning large archives. You have two choices with Sophos:

1. Turn off the on-access scanner when using Prototype Pro.

2. Don't scan archives - look at the Sophos Preferences to set exclusions.

If you don't want to do either of these, you can uninstall either program.

Hope this helps.
