Licensed software still showing as trial

We bought a 10 user license; Users are registering the software with the license key (verified in "Help | About"), but their accounts are still showing as trials.

Hello Brian,


In order to have the users accounts associated with the license key, the owner must add them under the 'users' tab within his/her Justinmind account.

Thanks Luisa, but the users are already listed in the owner's account. That doesn't seem to make a difference.

Bump.... now that the trial period has expired, the users are getting messages that their account is locked.


We are not at all pleased with the level of support (or, lack thereof) offered by your company.

Hello Brian,


We're terribly sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The users should have a drop down box (on the upper right corner) where they can switch between the trial and paid account. If the users need to retrieve data from their trial accounts, please send us a message through our customer support portal at jim.support@justinmind.com with the emails so we may provide access. Shortly after expiration, the trial accounts will be deleted automatically to allow access to only the account linked with the license key, and hence removing the dropdown box.

Today my paid account was also spontaneously converted to a trial account, with less storage space and all of my content deleted. I cannot log in to this "trial" account to correct anything because it has apparently expired and is now "locked". This is an account that I started paying for in 05/2014.

For what it's worth, we are still having the initial problem and have pretty much given up on this software/company.


Maybe when I have nothing better to do, I'll contact sales and demand a refund. (I'm in IT support and the department manager ordered this without consulting us).
