License issue - "No more copies allowed"

When i try to start the prototyper i keep getting this error and not allowing me to open the software. I have justinmind installed in only one machine. I had this issue before too couple of days back and it was proptly resolved by the support team. Wanted to see if any one else is facing this issue and if there is a quick fix for it.


"No more copies allowed". Deactivate at least one copy of license.

Could you send the license file so we can track in our license activation system what could be happening with your license please?

Thanks Victor. Will do that. I have a support ticket open for this well but this seems to be happening pretty much every day for me.

Please send an email it seems like the license lock to your computer is not working.
