Justinmind needs a licence

Solved

I use the Justinmind Pro 30 days trial on my Macbook Pro. I started working on it last tuesday, today i wanted to edit my prototype. I clicked on Justinmind, the program opened and a window which was asking for a licence number appeared.

First, i do have a licence BUT it doesn't work, it says "Unable to lock licence: No more copies allowed. Please deactivate at least one copy and try again.". I tried to find the pc which has the activated program but it seems that all justinmind installations are not activated. So what do i have to do now?

Anyway, since the activation doesn't work i click on cancel, so the window disappears and i'm able to edit my prototype. But instead of letting me work on my prototype, the whole program closes itself.

Hi Alexander,

What version of Prototyper are you using?

What is your license number?

Why are you using the trial version if you have a license?

Thank you.
