I've just purchased a 1 Month license but JIMP doesn't recognize it!!!!

When I enter such data I get the next message:


"Número de licencia erróneo. Por favor inténtalo con un número de licencia diferente."


I need to use the tool so I need an inmediate solution please!


I've already posted a Ticket at http://support.justinmind.com/requests but I haven't received any answer. I posted there the license number I received.

Me also was expeting to work since noon but it looks I lost my sunday work day...


So we are 2 people thinking this was a pro company but it appears they're simply a 9-5 Monday to Friday One or worst a solo man one.


At least they should state clearly someplace in his website this so people like us don't buy licenses on Saturday or Sunday assuming they are a serious company with every thing running smoothly and 24/7 support in case some trouble occurs to their clients....

So sorry guys. We are working on it. It seems some kind of network issue with the server that controls the keys. Sorry again, we have no excuse.

So what's the expected time to Restore the Service?

In about half an hour or so.

It's fixed now. If you try your keys again they'll work. We are still investigating the cause of the server error.

I just completely bombed on a presentation with my boss & project stakeholders, trying to fumble my way through static images, after prepping & paying for the software & service. :(

We are really sorry. The problem was with the Amazon service (we use Amazon Cloud service). They have a malfunction on the file system of our machine. Totally unexpected. But now your key should work. Does it?
