Is there a quick way to combine several separate prototypes into one file?

I have 3 teams working concurrently on 3 sections of an application. Eventually I would have to combine them all into a full prototype. Is there a quick and clear method to link/merge/call prototypes (like html pages), or would I have to manually put them together?

Hi,

you can import a full prototype to another prototype. Just go to File--> import and select prototype.

Best regards.

is there a way to simply import a batch of images into my prototype? The only way I have been able to accomplish this is to close my prototype and start a new prototype, pick the import with batch option with the starting wizard, save that prototpe, then open the first prototype back up and import the new prototype I just created with the batch of images. This is not very ideal and has its limitations too. But I don't see any other way to do it.

Right now, it's not possible to import a batch of images into an existing prototype as new screens, but you can drag a batch of images into the canvas and then move each one to different screens.

I add this function to the wishlist for futures updates.

Prototyper hangs/appears unresponsive when I try to import, prototypes I'm trying to merge are both about 5 - 7 screens in size.

How long is the normal waiting time, and is there a workaround?

Hi Lim,

it could be for the size of the prototypes. You can try to export part of the prototype. Go to File-->export, select Prototype and then select 3-4 screens. Then, import to your project.

Best regards.
