I can't install Justinmind on another computer but I still have an activation slot

Dear Justinmind team,


On my account I can see ACTIVATED IN 1 of 2 computers and this is normal because I have installed Justinmind on my PC.


Now, I have a Mac and I would like to instal Justinmind on my Mac as well because sometime I work with the Mac, sometime I work with the PC.


I'm using the same account (vianney.leman@decathlon.com) on both computer. When I login on the Mac, it say "Too many activation". But when I look at my account, i thought I can activated just in mid in 2 computers (ACTIVATED IN 1 of 2 computers) and I have 1 computer to activate Justinmind on.


Did I miss something ?

I have been able to login on my Mac (thank you for that) but now i can't login on my PC (with the same account).

When i check, i'm still activated in 1 of 2 computers. Can it be activated on 2 of 2 computers and can i be able to login with the same account on 2 different computers ?

I tried setting up JIM prototyper on my new computer and I am facing the same error ..."Too many sign-ins"

I need JIM prototyper to continue work and accessible on my current PC as well.
