Can I generate a spec report doc with screenshot and annotated notes? I tried exporting a doc but it's all codes. Starts with things like this 'xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

s not helpful in a documentation/presentation situation. Am I doing something wrong?

By "spec report" did you mean the Screen report (i.e. the one generated from Reports > Screen)? If not, I would try that.

Actually, I think it's my word problem. I sent the .doc to someone else to open and they were able to view it just fine. I use 2004 word for mac and the other person has a newer version (not sure what). Thanks!

Victor,

I see you are commenting that this is "fixed" in v5.0- but can you include procedures? I'm assuming you mean that one can generate screens with annotations printed out (in the same way Axure does)? Or am I misunderstanding?

Hi John,

You can generate your specification documents and customize them, for example to get a document with the list of the screens and the annotations associated to each one. You have more information here.
