How can I run a simulation on an android?

I am wondering if there is an android simulation player or something. I've tried just using the usernote simulator and the android's browser, but I have two problems with that:

1) I don't really want the left hand feedback tool, and when I hide it it leaves a gray stripe down on side of the screen.

2) The screen size seems weird to me. On a Samsung Nexus S with a 480x800 screen, I find that I need to bring the prototype down to about 320 x 440 before it fits in the browser window properly. I'm guessing this is also related to the left hand comment tool thingy.

In order to remove the left hand feedback choose the 'create test' option in usernote. You can check this prototype for android we made http://www.justinmind.com/usernote/te...

The thing about the resolution is because of the internet browser. You have to build the prototypes in 320x480.

Hi Victor - how did you generate the second link (without the phone) showing up? is there an option somewhere in Prototyper or UserNote to do that?

Thanks

Well... is quite more clunky than that. What we did in our examples was to move all the contents of each page to the top left corner of each page and then remove the picture of the phone, that is typically in a template. You can see an example of that if you download the iphone example in our web site http://www.justinmind.com/prototyper/...

Thanks victor. if no one has asked for it, you should definitely add a wish-list feature to be able to do this in Prototyper. it wouldn't be too difficult to have a check-box that says "hide the phone" which would nicely condition the simulation or the userNote output for testing on devices.
