Terrible Terrible Service


I have called 3 times about my license(in 2 days) and never received a call.. I am going to wait for few more hours and complaint to credit card company that it is a fraudulent charges.


I seriously doubt Justinmind doesnt even have support!

Hi Raj,


There isn't any problem with our customer service but with your email server. We've sent you your key many times these days and we've been trying to contact you by email many times as well but you never replied. Please send us a different email address cause it seems your email server is unable to receive our emails. You can send us your email address here: (hopefully this email from GetSatisfation will pass through your firewall/spam filter/whatever you have that doesn't allow our emails to get to your inbox

I just received to my gmail account... I am not sure if there is a problem with gmail

you better check it out. Maybe you're missing other important emails from other companies

I checked and it is just with Just in mind also my usernote invite reviewers also not working


can you please let me know what is the email id from which you send the usernote invites? so that I can have it added to whitelist to our corporate IT email?
