Horizontal data grids?

Is it in some way possible to change the orientatation of a data grid from vertical to horizontal? I would like to have 3 products and their specifications listed next to eachother, instead of underneath of eachother. I would also like to dynamically hide/show some of these specifications. Therefore, they cannot be seperate data grids, because a button to hide/show an element in a datagrid has to be inside the data grid (is this a bug perhaps?). Greetings.

Yes, but it's tricky though. You have to play with the rows per page and the pagination events to do so. Drag as many data grids as columns you want to have in your grid. Then make them to have only one column and move all the attributes to that column. Place one next to the other. Set the rows per page property to all three to the number of rows you want in your "grid". Then define onPageLoad events that execute the pagination event "next page" to each "fake column". Check the prototype http://justinmind.s3.amazonaws.com/da... for further help.

This is ingenious and very helpful. I'm going to push my luck though. Now that I've got four products displayed alongside each other I want to be able to hit a carousel button to slide in another four products from the side. Is there any way I can do this?

You can draw all the options that will be in the carousel one next to the other in a long line (don't worry if it's longer than the page itself). Then group all of it in a dynamic panel. Then resize the panel till the desired width and select 'horizontal scroll' in properties. Finally define 'set focus' events so it shows the products that are not being shown.
