Hidden dynamic panels stop interactive elements underneath from operating

There seems to be a bug in Justinmind where a hidden dynamic panel (e.g. a drop down menu that is not activated) overlays other objects and stops their interactions from working. Anything underneath a dynamic panel, even when not visible, is not accessible by the mouse. The panel cannot be placed at a lower Z than the interactive element, or the element will be visible above the dynamic panel when it is activated. This is a serious bug when creating more complex wireframes. Can you offer any workaround for it?

Are you sure the entire dynamic panel is hidden? You can check it if you select the dynamic panel in the outline view and then you see the 'eye' icon in properties pressed.

You are correct, there was a container at the lowest level which was not hidden. Thanks for your help
