Freezing my Premium account

Hi. I need to freeze my premium account for a month as I will not be using JIM in August. I just went to cancel and it said, "all your data and customizations will be deleted forever. This action can't be reverted."


What exactly does this mean? Does it just mean that my online account & all its data will be deleted, and when I want to start paying again i just have to create a new account and upload any proto's I want to share again?


I wont lose any of my JIM projects on my mac will I?

Hi Josh,


This means that your online account and its data will be deleted after your subscription is cancelled. Your application will revert to the free version as well. However, all of your local data will remain and will still be accessible and be able to be viewed in the application. Once you want to restart your subscription, you can reupload your prototypes to your online account again.

Is there any other way to share prototypes and their comments, on the free version? Is there a way to export a layout of all screens with the comments next to each object?

Hi Josh,


The only option you have is to download your prototypes from your cloud account and save them locally. Then you will be able to open them with your free account and visualize the comments that had been created however you won't be able to create new comments or share your prototype with the free version.
