Free trial has expired and now I can't log on to access my universities enterprise edition

I had my own account and the free trial expired.

My University set up an enterprise account for us to use and added my email address as a user.

However, when I log onto JIM and pick the Universities enterprise trail - it still says the free trial account has expired.

Hi Rachel,

You should still have 18 days left in your trial. Can you try signing in and out of Justinmind again?

What email address are you using for your licensed account?

It looks like you haven't been added as a user to the account yet. You should contact your professor and ask them to add you as a user. You'll then be able to login to the licensed account.

HI, i have been added, but because i accidentally logged into a newer version instead 8.4.3 it reverted my account back to a free account for some reason.
