FREE TRIAL EXPIRED TWO DAYS AFTER INSTALLING

Hi,

two days ago I downloaded and signed in.. everything worked just fine but suddendly I log in and it says my free trial has expired.. even though I have 28 days for using the full program...

I need help..

Whenever I try to log in to help it says my account is suspended..

We made a change to your trial. Can you try signing in and out of Justinmind and see if everything works correctly?

Mine and my friend's trial pack has expired. But, I installed it this week only. what to do now?
