Exported (to HTML) screens not working in JIM 4.3.1

Solved

Hi,

I have JIM 4.3.1 and my screens seem to work just fine when I simulate. However, as soon as I export to HTML, nothing works, not even on screen click.

Thanks

Ashish

What browser are you using to see the exported HTML files?

Both Chrome and IE.

Do other prototypes work? Or is just that one that doesn't?

yes, i checked the sample prototypes (e-commerce etc) work. I don't know what could be special about this prototype.

Any ideas?

Would you mind to send us your .vp file so we can have a look at it? Please send it to jim.support at justinmind.com

Hi Victor,

I am not sure I can do that. The product/project is owned by my company and I am under NDA so cannot do that on my own. Is there anything that I can check from my side?

Thanks

Could you try to reproduce the error somehow? Maybe creating a small similar prototype?

Let me see if I can do that.

Can I also look for some errors that might be getting thrown on the web page?

Sure, that could help as well.

Could you try to download the latest version of Prototyper and see if it works there?
