Event trigger isn't working in the prototype

Solved

The trigger I would like is that a callout box pops up when a certain icon is moused over. I've set the box to hidden, highlighted the icon and placed the mouse over event in the events window. Should work right? Nothing.


What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

Did you remember to add the action to show the callout box in the event?


If so, please send the .vp file to jim dot support at justinmind dot com explaining on which screen and which component has the event that isn't working.
