different license keys in Prototyper Pro and UserNote

Solved

Hello Justinmind team,

I just realized that after migrating from prototyper pro evaluation to prototyper pro paid subscription there exist two different license keys:

One in UserNote starting with "JP-evaluation-..." and one other in Prototyper pro starting with "JP-subs-..."

How can I bring the new (paid) key to UserNote so that I can access the full account settings for our paid account?

Best regards

Hi Rainer,

when a user purchase a subscription, he also creates a Usernote account and a password. This user is the owner and he has to create the rest of the users. Here you will find more information: http://justinmind.com/usernote/help/l...

You need to contact with the person who purchased the license and ask him to create your user.

Best regards.

Hi Albert,

thanks, I'll contact the person who purchased the license.

I asked the person who bought the licences to create two users (me and my colleague) as publishers.

If I login to my usernote-account now, I'm able switch to the account of the person who bought the licences.

It feels a bit strange to have to switch to the account of a different person in order to publish prototypes on usernote. But we'll get used to it.

Justinmind could think about changing the procedure of turning an existing evaluation account into a pro account. User expectation is that the online account (usernote) should behave like the installed software (prototyper pro). That is: User can enter the pro license key and the account switches from evaluation to pro.

Nvertheless, thank you for helping us!

Best regards.
