Desktop Application activated, online account only trial

Hello, I work for a very very small ONG, and the principal contributor buy a license for two users for JIM, until there everything is ok, but when i create my account online, that account only last for 30 days, even if I use the application which is activated. How can I solved this?

Hi José,


The account owner has to add you as a user in their online account. You will then receive an activation email and will be able to use your online account. Once you’re correctly added as a user, you will see a dropdown menu at the top of the page; click on it and switch to the valid account.

Thanks for the reply, we follow your instructions, and the account change to premium, but i lose all the prototypes, that i had in my project, is it possible to recover it?

Hi José,


You should still be able to access your prototypes locally on your computer to upload them to your new account. If that's not an option or they aren't stored on your computer, contact jim.sales@justinmind.com and we can temporarily restore access to that account so you can recover those prototypes.
