Corruption of project after many changes by team of 6 using UserNote

Solved

Is anyone else experiencing (what feels like) corruption of the project after a 30-40, 60-80 changes by a team of about 6 ?

The project becomes unloadable for one person, but for others its fine. Then we begin to find changes done by some earler are later missing.

We've done a work-around where someone who still has access changes the project name (eg. new version number), uploads the new project, re-invites team members to the new version.

We are using the latest version of Pro (v5.5) and UserNote for collaboration.

Hi Steven,

we would like to know more information about your case. How many days was this person not connect to this prototype?

Thanks

In the span of 2 days, different people encountered the issue 3 times.

It was only after the prototype was delivered to the customer that I noticed the tool also includes an a recovery feature in the File menu. I don't know if that would have fixed the problem.

Thanks.

Hi Steven,

It could be a memory problem. Could you please try to increase the memory limit used by Justinmind Prototyper and try to download the prototype again from the server (if you don't have local changes)? In order to do that change, go to your Justinmind installation folder and open the file 'JustinmindPrototyper.ini' with a text editor. Write 1024m next to the parameter -xmx, so it reads -xmx1024m (instead of -xmx512m).

Please contact us again if the problem persists.
