That can happen if the message introduced for the commit is too long. Try with a short one.

Hi Victor

Definitely not the message - have tried short, long, no message. Still getting this error, and it is also happening to a colleague who is on the same project.

Any other ideas?

Thanks

Hi Victor

I see what you mean - works if i commit page by page, but this is seriously tedious, and I cannot see a way to commit only selected items?

Thanks

Hi Carolyn

I am afraid this error could be caused by a limitation in our servers for commits containing a large amount of changes. This could explain why you are able to commit elements individually but can't commit all at once. Hopefully we are going to have this bug fixed for next week. We are sorry for the inconveniece.

The problem in our servers has been fixed. Could you please verify it is working now?

Could you please try to change the Justinmind Usernote URL for:

https://www.justinmind.com/usernote

(Notice that you just need to add an 's' after 'http').

You can change it in File->Preferences->Usernote.

I hope it helps.
