Can't use same email address for UserNote (included in Prototyper) account as in trial UserNote account

I signed up for a 30 trial of UserNote, then bought a copy of Prototyper. When I try to set up my one-year included UserNote subscription, I cannot set it up with the same email address as I used for my 30 day trial, and I cannot seem to convert the 30 trial, and I cannot seem to delete the 30 day trial. I want to use the same email address. Can you please make this possible (email address is same as above).
