Can't launch Justinmind

Solved

I just installed Justinmind but everytime I try to launch it, I've got this error message :


An error has occured, see the log file : ...

Are you launching it from a Mac or from a MS Windows?

Could you check something for me please? Could you open the Justinmind's installation folder and then the folder called 'plugins', and check if there is any file with .pack extension?

I can't to this right now (I don't have my laptop with justinmind) but I will check asap.

Indeed I have a .pack file : org.eclipse.osgi_3.6.0.v20100517.pack

Ok, that means your antivirus blocked one of the steps of the installation. Uninstall Justinmind Prototyper, download it from here http://d2ld3he4yll0xl.cloudfront.net/... and install it again please.
