Cannot register Prototyper Pro key

Hello! I've just bought monthly subscription for Prototyper Pro, and I cannot register the key. When the program loads and asks for the key I copy and paste it from the letter and here is what I see next. I tried reinstalling the program, but it didn't help.

are you connected to a proxy server? if yes, go to file --> preferences and configure it. If not, please contact with jim.support@justinmind.com
