Buttons sometimes inactive in Simulation mode

Solved

I have not figured out under what conditions this happens, but in Simulation mode I sometimes encounter buttons that are not active when user hovers mouse over it (i.e. cursor does not change shape and it is impossible to click the button).

If you click somewhere within the Simulation area, then the buttons become active the next time you hover over them.

The last two times that I have encountered the issue was within a Dynamic Panel that hidden by default and then an event caused the panel with the button to display. Not sure if this is the cause, but ....

Maybe when you switch from Prototyper and another application and then come back to Prototyper?

Sorry for the extremely long delay in the reply. It took two months to get approval to buy Justinmind and my 30-day trial expired.

I will try to recreate the problem. I don't think that I was switching between Prototyper and another application, but it is possible.

I just started using Justinmind again. I am still getting this problem. It is in the Simulator and it is not because I am moving back-and-forth between other applications.

I do notice, however, that other applications on my desktop display and then do not display, so my computer seems to think that I am switching between applications. I might be doing something wrong, but I do not think so. Sometimes the Justinmind menu displays across the top of my monitor, sometimes the Safari menu (my default browser) displays across the top of my monitor and other times, no menus display across the top.

When the 'simulate' button is pressed a new window is created and that windows fill all the space in the screen. Maybe that's what is producing those strange behaviors. We'll check it out.

Attached are some screen caps. Note the Justinmind menu on top on one and not the other. It seems to toggle back-and-forth for not apparent reason. I could not replicate the Safari menu on the top, but I have seen it a number of times.

If it helps, I am using Mac OSX with a double monitor. bcf51426aaa5673d43fb31d31b6c5fc2

We know about some other users who are having problems with dual monitors on Mac too.

OK. It is not a big problem, just annoying.
