Broken links in completed prototype

Solved

I'm working with JustinMind on a PC Windows 7 computer.

First, let me state, I'm a total fan and love JustinMind, and I planned to upgrade to 5.0 this month but I don't know if I should at this time.

Why? I spent five months building a complex website prototype between Oct 2011 and March 2012.

Looked great. Worked fine during the entire time I was working on it.

Automatically received upgrades during my first year of service and installed them faithfully until the Oct 9th release of 5.0.

I ran the prototype two weeks ago and I was shocked to find many broken links. Not one, not two, a lot, many, mucho. In other words, when I last worked with this prototype when I clicked on something it worked correctly every time, now when I click on it ... it doesn't go to the correct link.

Here's my question:

(1) When did my prototype file get corrupted? When did you have a bad release?

(2) I keep backups. I've checked them and they are corrupted too. So, I think it has to do with a bad release between March and Sept 2012.

(3) If I return to the January 2012 version of JustinMind version will I have uncorrupted files?

(4) How do I return to the January 2012 version of the program so I can see if my prototype works like it did in March 2012?

Thank you

Hi Michael,

I think the best option for you is to contact client support jim.support at justinmind.com so they can take a look at your prototype. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi Victor,

The prototype is private.

Apparently, there have been releases that have caused problems:

https://www.justinmind.com/community...

So, here's my question:

(a) When is it possible that my prototype file got corrupted? When did you have a release that may have caused this bad result?

(b) I keep backups and versions. For example, in this case, I'm up to version 84 of the prototype. I've checked the last four or five versions and the links are corrupted, but I'm looking at them with the latest release of JustinMind prior to release 5. So, I think it has to do with a bad release between March and Sept 2012.

(c) What I need to know is if I return to the January or February 2012 release of JustinMind version will I have uncorrupted files, in other words are you aware of something in your releases that may have caused broken links?

(d) How do I return to the January or February 2012 release of the program so I can see if my prototype works like it did in March 2012?

or

(e) Rather than returning to a prior release of your program, should I just purchase my license renewal now and you can advise me what to look for in the HTML file (this is presuming I can look at it) that may be causing this rash of broken links?

Thank you
