Activated copy of justinmind formatted over

Hello,


Our team has five Justinmind licences. One of our staff members has since had to format their machine without de-activating/uninstalling. When they reinstall, they get the 'No more activations allowed' all the copies available for this licence number are already activated...


What do I do?
