30 day trial says it's expired upon install ...

I just downloaded the 30 Day trial version and upon installation, I received a message saying my trial has expired? I inherited this computer from a previous employee who ran a trial version several years ago, and I have been asked to re-asses the product. Is there a way to get another trial key? Thanks!
