pressing esc to remove 'close prototype' dialog should not result in closing the prototype
I accidentally pressed cmd-w, then the 'do you want to save?' dialog came up. I pressed esc to get rid of it and continue editing. It closed the prototype and I lost all my work (past 4 hours). Not happy. :( I've had this in other applications, and it normally just dismisses the dialog and allows me to continue working on the file (ignoring the original close command in the process)
What's more, the recover file dialog doesn't work... I choose a file, and then tap 'recover' and nothing happens...

It's obviously a bug, I'll write it on our bug track system and we will try to solve it in a future version.
Concerning the recover file problem, please could yout tell me if you got any error trying to open the backup prototype?
